Heating and AC Tips

St. Jean Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating would like to offer you the following tips when you use your electric heat or air conditioning unit.

• For your air conditioner keep the thermostat set at 78 or higher.
• Keep your electric heater thermostat set between 65 and 70 degrees.
• Clean or replace filters in your units on a regular basis.
• Always have the air conditioning and electric heat inspected and serviced annually.
• Keep furniture and other obstructions away from return air grills.
• Keep the area around the outside of your heat pumps or air conditioning unit clear of grass and other obstructions.
